Account Handling and Strategy
Consulting
Account
management serves as the liaison between all communications points
within the Agency and between the Client and the Agency. This department
has two divisions; Account Handling and Strategic Account Planning.
Because Account Handlers supervise every part of the communication
process and in partnership with Account Planners, they are in the
best position to know more about the brand and its environment than
anyone, including the Client. Account Managers then become consultants
not only to the Client, but also to the Agency, establishing relationships
based on trust, knowledge, and experience.
Public Relations
Our PR department is dedicated to creating tailor-made events from
idea to implementation.
Each of our clients' objectives differ relative to their industry,
market, brand image, target audience, and budget. Each PR activity
is developed, sensitive to all factors involved, for each separate
client. Depending on current market conditions and brand objectives,
Perception Management and Crisis Management models are applied as
deemed necessary.
In addition, our long established and well-integrated distribution
network maximizes our communication potential so that events reach
their optimal level of exposure.
Media Planning and Consulting
L&R has pooled its media buying power with TBWA/Rizk thus magnifying
its media leverage in the Lebanese market.
Every
media mix is adapted to brand objectives not only to obtain full potential
target audience reach, but to strategically utilize the most effective
forms of media that enhance brand value. Media mixes are developed
based on current media research findings and are evaluated through
the latest evaluation model software programs.
L&R media buying strategy is continuously adapting to the changing
market conditions, while encouraging innovative uses of new media
forms.
Creative and Design
L&R's Creatives are a key element of our advertising team. They
work closely with Account Management and individual Clients to produce
advertising ideas from strategic plans, carefully tailored to build
long-term brand value.

With over 10 years experience in award winning art direction, graphic
design, and production technology combined with the latest machinery,
our creative department is able to facilitate the execution process
up to the final stages of production using
in-house equipment.

Production
At L&R, perfection is one of the key principles we rely on throughout
the different departments, starting with the client servicing until
the job gets to the production department, where perfection is not
to be questioned. Once a concept is developed and applied to the artwork,
and at a later stage approved by the client, the final touch comes
from the Production department, where even the slightest details are
refined to reflect the best image of the client.
